Minéral 89 is a minimalist hydrating serum/booster built around 89% Vichy Mineralizing Water plus hyaluronic acid. Its main purpose is to improve skin hydration, give a temporary plumping effect, support the moisture barrier and improve the appearance of dull, dehydration-stressed skin. Vichy positions it as the first treatment step of a skincare routine.

PM: Cleanser → Minéral 89 → treatment serum → moisturizer.
Vichy recommends applying it to clean skin as the first treatment step. Depending on regional instructions, approximately 2 drops/pumps are applied morning and evening and smoothed over the face.
