Processing and timing
Processing begins after payment and order confirmation. Displayed dates are estimates and may be affected by holidays, carrier demand or events outside reasonable control.
Address and contact
- Check the recipient name, phone and address before confirmation.
- The delivery agent may contact you to confirm location or timing.
- An incorrect address or inability to reach the recipient may delay or return the order.
Delivery damage
Inspect the parcel on delivery where practical. If it appears damaged or incomplete, retain and photograph the packaging and contact customer care promptly.
Split shipments
Products may occasionally arrive in separate parcels. We will not add unshown charges without your agreement.
